1. What You're Buying

TechLead OS is a digital Notion template. Upon purchase you receive a one-time duplicate link that copies the template into your own Notion workspace. You are purchasing a perpetual licence to use the template for your personal or professional work — not ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

2. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Because the product is delivered as a Notion duplicate link, the template is considered fully delivered the moment you access or duplicate it. No refunds are issued after the duplicate link has been accessed.

If you have not yet accessed the link and believe you were charged in error, contact support@techleados.com within 48 hours of purchase and we will review your case.

3. Licence & Permitted Use

You may:

Use the template in your own Notion workspace
Customise, extend, and adapt it for your own workflows
Use it for both personal and professional purposes

You may not:

Resell, redistribute, or sublicence the template or any derivative
Share the duplicate link publicly or with others who have not purchased
Present the template as your own and sell it

4. Third-Party Platform

TechLead OS is built on Notion, a third-party platform. We are not affiliated with Notion Labs, Inc. We cannot guarantee compatibility with future Notion updates. If Notion changes or removes features that affect the template, we will publish updated guidance but cannot guarantee a fix in all cases.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The template is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will meet your specific requirements or that it will be error-free. Your use of the template is at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the template, including loss of data or loss of productivity.
